I truly beleive God has sent a delusion across this land and I do beleive Obama is a type of Anit-Christ. He is rather good looking, Speaks well and can lie without being jumped on. He has promised a great healing in the land and is looked upon as a messiah.

Barack Obama said Tuesday evangelical leader James Dobson was "making stuff up" when he accused the presumed Democratic presidential nominee of distorting the Bible. Dobson used his Focus on the Family radio program to highlight excerpts of a speech Obama gave in June 2006 to the liberal Christian group Call to Renewal. Speaking to reporters on his campaign plane before landing in Los Angeles, Obama said the speech made the argument that people of faith, like himself, "try to translate some of our concerns in a universal language so that we can have an open and vigorous debate rather than having religion divide us." Obama added, "I think you'll see that he was just making stuff up, maybe for his own purposes." In his program, Dobson focused on examples Obama cited in asking which Biblical passages should guide public policy. For instance, Obama said Leviticus suggests slavery is OK and eating shellfish is an abomination. Obama also cited Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, "a passage that is so radical that it's doubtful that our own Defense Department would survive its application." "Folks haven't been reading their Bibles," Obama said in the speech. "I think he's deliberately distorting the traditional understanding of the Bible to fit his own worldview, his own confused theology," Dobson said. Asked about Dobson's assessment, Obama said "somebody would be pretty hard-pressed to make that argument" that he was distorting the Bible. Obama supporters also responded to Dobson. The Rev. Kirbyjon Caldwell, a Methodist pastor from Texas and longtime supporter of President Bush who has endorsed Obama, said Tuesday that he belongs to a group of religious leaders who are working independently of Obama's campaign and launching a Web site to counter Dobson at www.jamesdobsondoesntspeakforme.com. Caldwell said he has great respect for Dobson's advocacy for families, but said the criticism of Obama was "a bit over the top" and "crossed the line." "There has been a call for a higher level of politics and politicking," Caldwell said. "So to attack at this level is inappropriate and I think unacceptable and we at least want to hold everybody accountable."

Wendy I'm not at all surprised about this. Bush's pastor hasn't a clue either. Anyone who votes for a pro-baby killer will face God's Wrath.

I have often thought that GW Bush was raised up in the most peculiar way according to the will of God to be president. In spite of all his flaws, can you imagine having had Al Gore as President when the WTC was attacked? All that being said, I will probably vote for McCain. (I know Mari! I swore I wouldnt, didnt I?) Mainly for the reasons that Shain put out, just to try to stop Obama, (who I think will probably end up winning anyway ....) Love, Wendy

I just don't see much of a difference between McCaine and Obama, honestly. Either of them will RUIN our country. Both, as an example are for the Kyoto agreement. When that is put in place, we are done. Completely done.

Have you ever noticed; When you speak negetive about someone, and they happen to hear you or someone tells them what you said, the negetive effect it has on that person. Whether it's hurt feeling or an angry response? EVERY THING you say has a way of effecting someone in either a positive or negitive way. If you don't want Obama to be president fine speak against it. If you want this country to fall, keep speaking against it; i.e. (Either of them will RUIN our country. )

Hi Wendy Yes, I did live there and wrote and article for the Pensacola News Journal. A friend of mine was a Deacon there at the time and he would get me in without waiting in those long lines. I also knew a couple who was involved with the Pro-life Ministry there Mike and Vickie Conroy and received a lot of insight into what that Church was doing.
Hey Shain, I think it started not too long after I had moved here from California. I never went though. I knew a few people who did, but I guess I just never got into the whole Charismatic thing, in fact it kind of freaks me out.
Love,
Wendy
