One area where Christians can shed the light of Christ is in our school system. We have a generation who has no standards of right and wrong--everything is relative. In our schools our children are being taught that they have descended from animals. Is it any wonder that many have begun to act like animals? Pray for our students, schools, and teachers......
What can you and I do? We must "love" our way back in! We must get involved by becoming members of the PTA. We must encourage teachers and tell them we are praying for them. We must go to school board meetings and find out about policies and curricula. We must pray daily for our classroom teachers and administrators.

Good Morning!!! The Lord can take the most sinful person full of hate, bitterness, and transform them into a beautiful loving Christian. The only problem is we have to allow him to work in our life to be the artist he is and transform us into the Christian he wants of us. Are you allowing Him to clean you up, and transform you into a great piece of beauty? Have a Wonderful Day:)

In Scotland some men were sitting around drinking tea and swapping fishing stories. One man, with a flamboyant gesture of his hand, knocked another man's hand, splattering his tea on the white plastered wall, creating an ugly brown stain. He was horrified, but the man said, "Never mind." And he took out his crayons and started to sketch around that stain. Suddenly there emerged a royal stag with his antlers spread.
The artist was Sir Edwin Lancier--England's foremost painter of animals. He was able to take that old stain and make something beautiful out of it. If a man can do that what can the Lord of Lords King of Kings do with us? All we need to do is let him!!!

Good Morning!!! When and How Often do you pray? We are to pray all the time, and not just when things are bad. We need to be in fellowship with the Lord through out each day when things are good, bad, sad, happy!!!!! Remember the word tells us we go right to the Father, no one else but Jesus should we pray to or ask help with our prayer life.

You are to pray when you are adding up prices in the grocery store line. You are to pray when you are changing a tire. You are to pray when you are singing a song. You are to pray when you are teaching a little one how to read.
We are commanded to pray all the time. But how do we do this? Think of a mother who has a child who is ill with a fever. Finally, the fever breaks and the mother and child settle down for some much-needed sleep. Not a noise from the television, from the street, or from the phone could awaken that mother. But one whimper from her child and she's awake, right? That's because even when she is asleep, she is in tune with that child--just as we are to be with God...constantly communing and attuned to His voice.

Good Morning!!! Are you in a valley right now? The Lord will get you through. Psalm 23 is beautiful, and reminds us where our strength is. Good Morning!! Enjoy your Sunday, and keep the Son part of it: ) Would any of us be comfortable if the Lord came knocking on our door to come visit? Is there things we would have to hide, throw under the furniture(not that he wouldn't see it there). If you wouldn't be comfortable with the Lord visiting with you for the afternoon then take a look at what has to leave your home and heart. The Lord knows its there even if he isn't sitting on your couch this morning. Is your Heart ready for him? We know not when our soul will be required of him if you need to make changes pray, and work on them.

Good Morning!!! I hope you have a good Monday: ) How many people, things, sins have you given willing your heart to? All the Lord wants from us is our heart and to love him. God wants only one thing from His children--our hearts. If we pray to God without giving Him our heart, we are mocking Him. If we preach without giving God our hearts, we are preaching in ignorance.

Good Morning: ) Do you have time set aside for your Bible reading&Prayer? We make time for all else these are the two most important things to have in our day. Start today take 15minutes (or More) to sit and read, and pray a quiet place, ignore the phone, THE TELEVISION, and feed your soul, and talk to the Lord who loves you more than anyone. As you read the Bible, I want you to ask God to help you answer these questions: 1) Is there a lesson to learn? 2) Is there a sin to avoid? 3) Is there a blessing to enjoy? 4) Is there a promise to claim? 5) Is there a new thought to carry with me?

There was a man who loved to study the Bible, and every time he came to something he didn't understand, he asked his friend Charlie, "What does this verse mean?" One day in his Bible study, the Holy Spirit said, "Why don't you ask Me? I'm the one who taught Charlie."
Now, I thank God for the Bible scholars who teach God's Word, but the same God that teaches these men and women is the One who wants to teach you.
Sing them over again to me, wonderful words of life; let me more of their beauty see, wonderful words of life; words of life and beauty teach me faith and duty. Refrain: Beautiful words, wonderful words, wonderful words of life. Beautiful words, wonderful words, wonderful words of life. Christ, the blessed one, gives to all wonderful words of life; sinner, list to the loving call, wonderful words of life; all so freely given, wooing us to heaven. Lo! the hosts of evil ’round us,Scorn Thy Christ, assail His ways. From the fears that long have bound us,Free our hearts to faith and praise.Grant us wisdom, grant us courage,For the living of these days,For the living of these days.
Cure Thy children’s warring madness,Bend our pride to Thy control.Shame our wanton selfish gladness,Rich in things and poor in soul.Grant us wisdom, grant us courage,Lest we miss Thy kingdom’s goal,Lest we miss Thy kingdom’s goal.
Set our feet on lofty places,Gird our lives that they may be,Armored with all Christ-like graces,In the fight to set men free.Grant us wisdom, grant us courage,That we fail not man nor Thee,That we fail not man nor Thee.
Save us from weak resignation,To the evils we deplore.Let the search for Thy salvation,Be our glory evermore.Grant us wisdom, grant us courage,Serving Thee Whom we adore,Serving Thee Whom we adore.

Jesus suffered like you suffer. But He suffered more than that, because He took not only your suffering, but He also took upon Himself the suffering of the world. The sins of the world were compressed and distilled upon the Lord Jesus Christ.Hebrew scholars tell us that there is an intensive plural in Isaiah 53 that speaks of the death of Christ. They say that it literally means that He "died a thousand deaths."
O sacred Head, now wounded, with grief and shame weighed down,Now scornfully surrounded with thorns, Thine only crown;O sacred Head, what glory, what bliss till now was Thine!Yet, though despised and gory, I joy to call Thee mine.
What Thou, my Lord, hast suffered, was all for sinners’ gain;Mine, mine was the transgression, but Thine the deadly pain.Lo, here I fall, my Savior! ’Tis I deserve Thy place;Look on me with Thy favor, vouchsafe to me Thy grace.
Men mock and taunt and jeer Thee, Thou noble countenance,Though mighty worlds shall fear Thee and flee before Thy glance. How art thou pale with anguish, with sore abuse and scorn! How doth Thy visage languish that once was bright as morn!
Now from Thy cheeks has vanished their color once so fair; From Thy red lips is banished the splendor that was there.Grim death, with cruel rigor, hath robbed Thee of Thy life; Thus Thou hast lost Thy vigor, Thy strength in this sad strife.
My burden in Thy Passion, Lord, Thou hast borne for me,For it was my transgression which brought this woe on Thee.I cast me down before Thee, wrath were my rightful lot;Have mercy, I implore Thee; Redeemer, spurn me not!
What language shall I borrow to thank Thee, dearest friend,For this Thy dying sorrow, Thy pity without end?O make me Thine forever, and should I fainting be,Lord, let me never, never outlive my love to Thee.
My Shepherd, now receive me; my Guardian, own me Thine.Great blessings Thou didst give me, O source of gifts divine.Thy lips have often fed me with words of truth and love;Thy Spirit oft hath led me to heavenly joys above.
Here I will stand beside Thee, from Thee I will not part;O Savior, do not chide me! When breaks Thy loving heart,When soul and body languish in death’s cold, cruel grasp,Then, in Thy deepest anguish, Thee in mine arms I’ll clasp.
The joy can never be spoken, above all joys beside,When in Thy body broken I thus with safety hide.O Lord of Life, desiring Thy glory now to see,Beside Thy cross expiring, I’d breathe my soul to Thee.
My Savior, be Thou near me when death is at my door; Then let Thy presence cheer me, forsake me nevermore! When soul and body languish, oh, leave me not alone,But take away mine anguish by virtue of Thine own!
Be Thou my consolation, my shield when I must die;Remind me of Thy passion when my last hour draws nigh.Mine eyes shall then behold Thee, upon Thy cross shall dwell,My heart by faith enfolds Thee. Who dieth thus dies well.

One of my favorite stories is about a father who leaves his son at home one Saturday afternoon because his son isn't feeling well. He tells his son, "Don't go swimming with your buddies."
The son says, "Yes sir!"
The dad returns by way of the swimming hole and notices his son frolicking with the other boys. He stops the car, calls his son over and says, "I told you not to go swimming."
"But I didn't intend to go swimming. I just came down to watch, and I fell in," the boy said.
The dad began feeling sorry for his son until he noticed he had his bathing suit on! The son explained, "I brought that along...in case I was tempted."

Under His wings, what a refuge in sorrow! How the heart yearningly turns to His rest!Often when earth has no balm for my healing,There I find comfort, and there I am blessed.

The fog lifts enough for the control tower to give the pilot the green light, and the plane takes off. It's still cloudy, but the plane starts climbing, climbing, climbing. Suddenly, the plane bursts through the clouds, and it is so gloriously bright that you have to blink your eyes. Now, you realize the sun has been there all the time.
That's the way it is with Jehovah God, the Son of righteousness with healing in His wings He is always loving, always giving. He is waiting for you to see Him now.
Malachi4:2
Malachi 4:3
When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,When sorrows like sea billows roll;Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say,It is well, it is well, with my soul. It is well, with my soul,It is well, it is well, with my soul.
Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,Let this blest assurance control,That Christ has regarded my helpless estate,And hath shed His own blood for my soul.
My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought! My sin, not in part but the whole,Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
For me, be it Christ, be it Christ hence to live:If Jordan above me shall roll,No pang shall be mine, for in death as in lifeThou wilt whisper Thy peace to my soul.
But, Lord, ’tis for Thee, for Thy coming we wait,The sky, not the grave, is our goal;Oh, trump of the angel! Oh, voice of the Lord!Blessed hope, blessed rest of my soul!
And Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight,The clouds be rolled back as a scroll; The trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend,Even so, it is well with my soul.
