(Good pertinent Scriptures, Art!) Thanks Steel, I am glad you are able to pick up on what I'm saying. And while I am aware of the seven church age doctrine, I use laodicea not so much in that sense, as in the sense that is an example of a church that has become lukewarm, lulled by the deceitfulness of the worldly ways around it and in it. You know Steel, when i was a teenager and still in the Catholic church, i remember reading that letter to the laodiceans in an old bible that was at our home, and i remember it shook me to my core, because it so decisively stated that one must be 100% for Christ, there can be no fence sitting, no equivocation, no lukewarm-ness. All or nothing. Love, Wendy
