DC, I would answer you in depth concerning each of your illustrations of variations within the KJB, but I know that it is a waste of my time. I will only explain the foundational facts, and then be done.

How one receives the variations within the Scriptures (which are perfectly represented by the KJB) depends on his prospective.

If one approaches the Scriptures as being pure and perfect, and that God promised to have every word preserved so that the exact message is available for us today, then the variations within the text are viewed as God's plan to completely exhibit the truth in its fullness.

If, however, one approaches the English Bibles available today as man's best attempts (and I am being very generous with the intentions of modern version authors here) to reproduce God's thoughts so that we might have a reasonable trust that nothing important has been lost, then the variations are simply judgment calls or possibly, mistakes in interpretation. After all, it is up to each to believe as he wishes. The even worse level of this foolishness is that the originals which were inspired have been lost, and since copyists are human and make errors, we really cannot today tell for certain that we even have reasonably accurate Hebrew and Greek.

I stand for the perfection of the text as it is given to us today in the Bible known commonly as the King James Version of the Bible, or Authorized Version. The variations all have reasonable explanations for the believing Christian, but they are seen as flaws to the doubter. "Yea, hath God said?..." DC (and steelmaker, logos, etc), you have swallowed satan's lie, and/or you are a participant in the distribution of his lie. You encourage the questioning of the Scriptures for those who are gullible. You may consider yourselves to be strong enough or well enough informed to have your view and at the same time believe in the very book that you question, but you have been deceived. What is worse is that you will cause someone else weaker than yourselves to turn from The Way completely in confusion and doubt.
