Thank you KMoldenhauer for answering my questions. You did a terrific job. I am convinced even further that I am a non-believer. So what I am understanding is that people who belong to your faith are being put to death if they dont abide by these rules. How is the person killed and how is that legal by the laws of our country?

Eating shellfish is an abomination, however it does not deserve the death penalty, living a homosexual lifestyle does. Since Homosexual behavior deserves the death penalty, it is considered a more severe issue.--KMoldenhauer

Are you telling me that all homosexuals should be put to death? That sounds like flat out bigotry. How do you plan to do this?

But since you are more insistant on being angry rather than discussion, again I misunderstood your intentions here, I apologize, and won't waste your time any further.--

I am not angry, I am shocked. And thank you for the apology and thanks for not wasting my time. This topic is just beyond my belief, so any further debate would be pointless.

I take it that the basic question you are asking is "how can we really know for sure?" Correct me if that's not the best summary.--BrianT

Brian, thanks for the compliments regarding my photos.

Yes, that is my basic question. How can you really be sure that your religion is the correct one when there are so many out there. It leads me to believe that they cannot all be correct. So how do you know which religion is the "true" one and which ones are false? IMHO, all things are subject to interpretation. This country was based on freedoms. One of those freedoms is the right to choose a religion. In the case of the Born Agains on this board, you are stating that yours is the only way and that is basically taking away the freedom of others to express them selves through different religions because they will be going to hell.

Thank you for your post, it was very insightful.
