You know that is not really true.
The original Hebrew tribes were not really literate and originally used only oral tradition.
Later they borrowed Aramaic from the Arabs and tried to write things down, but there is not a single Hebrew tribe. They all had different traditions, different language variations.
They even used different alphabets and media. Some use papyrus, others copper, some skins, etc.
Many were lost to weather, war, disaster, etc.
Many were attempts at recreation or just made up.
Even in tact, one can not really be sure what they say, because of the missing vowels. You have to guess.

We know what I say is true, because we have the the Dead Sea scrolls as proof.
They are a collection that show the varity.
They contain contradictions.
They prove there was not the careful replication you portray.
