Hi again, Russ!

As a Christian, I believe all Scripture...and God calls the entire observance "passover" in Eze. 45:21. And we know that jesus and His disciples ate the paschal meal in the evening, and that He was busted later that same evening. But when the Jews who'd arrested Him brought Him to Pilate, they would not enter the Roman Praetorium, lest they be defiled so they couldn't EAT THE PASSOVER. (John 18:28)

Maybe YOU don't recognize the New Testament as Scripture, but I DO, and here John is following the words of God to Ezekiel in calling the entire observance 'passover'.

Do Jews now recognize Easter? If not, you cannot possibly agree that 'Easter' is correct in Acts 12:4. But then if ya don't recognize the NT as Scripture, what does it matter?

Do you agree that the Greek 'pascha' is derived from the Hebrew 'p'sach' & is the Greek word for 'passover' throughout the New Testament?
