Nerp, you are wrong on this account as well bibleprotector.
Yes, The Gentiles were influenced greatly.
That is a given, seeing that Paul was sent to them.
But the scripture clearly states as you posted, that it was in a Synagogue.
It does not state that the OT was available in Greek, but only that the news spread all throughout Asia over this.
I could make just a good a case that the Jews had many folk that were Gentiles in their influence. Then what?

No grasping at straws please.
It is a good effort on your part to try to look for the good or legitimate [if that really could be true] in the Alexandrians, but you end up stating only what they want, and not the facts on this aspect.
Can't you see that?
I am not a scholar, but I can tackle your position easily, on this one point. And I have not even used the big gun [s].

But having said this.
I respect your pursuits and recommend you highly other than this awkward point about the tainted AD LXX [72].

Think about it...no... really.. there is NO credible proof of a BC LXX B.C.
There is tainted evidence that even good godly men have at some time believed it and continue to,but that is only because of choice.

There are some that are of the Alexandrian side that don't agree with certain common traits as Fearless has showed in his rejection of a conclusive proof of a BC LXX [72].
Ironic that it just happened to be the same topic.
But maybe that is just an extra confirmation that will help you in your endevours to promote the pure Holy Bible.

Either way I commend you for standing strong on the LORD and his pure words.

Holy Bible
There is only one.
