The impure Bibles may fall into several categories, of which I have tried to classify somewhat (listing incomplete):

1. Scholarly (really, unscholarly), with modernisations, including:
a. The ABS edition of 1852
b. Scrivener
c. Norton

2. Modern variant, including:
a. Oxfords
b. Londons
c. Victorian Era 1769-following Cambridge
d. Thomas Nelsons
e. Concord Cambridge
f. Cambridge Standard Text Edition (has George VI London Edition readings)

3. Modernised, perhaps Americanised, variants, including:
a. 1860 ABS
b. recent editions from World, the Slimline KJB, etc.

4. Modernised, Americanised new versions called "King James"
a. KJ21
b. MKJV and MKJV2
c. Webster

5. Modern Versions called "King James"
a. NKJV

This list begins from about 1830. The standard and pure KJB is the Pure Cambridge Edition.
