Well, my points been made.  No one here claims modalism.  Only accusers.  And when proven wrong they want to change the definition of Modalism to fit the accusations.  That is consistent with history... Both World History and the history of this board.  For example, when you bring up countless verses in which God says he was one God, they claim uniplural words and change the word "God" from singular to plural.  When you bring up verses in which James say we are justified by works and faith and saved by works and faith, they change the meaning of the words "justified" and "saved".  I suppose when someone gets around to answering why Isaiah said Jesus would be called the everlasting Father, they will change the meaning of the Word "Father".

So there are no modalists here.  Only those who are on an inquistion.

Gal 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Jas 2:24
Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
