I do not have the same faith as Catholics as they are children of the devil and do not preach the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. You may have their faith, but not me as my faith is of Christ not of men. Furthermore, there are many kinds of Baptists today but I am speaking of the ana-baptists, remember them who were persecuted by the Catholic church for not holding to the orthodox teaching of baptism? I really don't understand where you are coming from here Brian, the evidence is obvious. Also, as far as your catholic church, what fold was the Lord speaking of here?

Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

You are mixing the heavenly with the earthly. When we all stand before the Lord in the presence of God Almighty, then truly we will be one Church, but here in this earth when matters of doctrine are disputed between brethren because of our limitations of the flesh we are not one universal catholic church. I'm sorry, but this is what the Catholics and you do not understand. When Christ wrote the letters to the angels of the seven churches, he was not writing to one universal church, but seven as the seven churches were in specific cities, here in earth.

You are wrong by the way and need to study your Baptist history....back to the dark ages, or the reign of orthodoxy. Ana-baptists held to no creed but the New Testament Scripture, and much of your knowledge of the Trinity would be foriegn to them. They knew that Jesus is God, that Jesus is man, that the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost are God and they are one for that is what is written in the Scriptures. The Ana-baptists made it a point to not subject themselves to the understanding of other men, but sought to follow the Scriptures as the Holy Ghost taught them, and you should think of adopting this lifestyle for you are clearly blind to your bondage to a system of a conglomerate of false religions that have wasted the brethren for millenia now.

As for your answer to my question....

"The Father was neither made nor created nor begotten; the Son was neither made nor created, but was alone begotten of the Father; the Spirit was neither made nor created, but is proceeding from the Father and the Son."

From your own answer I see that you don't understand what you argue for. Why don't you answer me yourself? Nevertheless, I point out to you that by your own standards of judgment you are found in error. This statement is that the three are distinct by their character of office, as I have been pointing out to you this whole time yet you are blind to what your own creed says that you hold to as your Authority. This states that the Father is the Father because he begat Jesus. The Son is the Son because he was begotten of the Father....what makes a father a father Brian, and what makes a son a son? This is stating that they are distinct in disposition, which for some reason you argue against with your confusing philosophy, despite this being clearly stated in your creed. This creed also states that the Spirit is God that is sent, according to your own creed the Spirit is also distinct in his disposition as being sent of God. This is what I was pointing out to you earlier, not MY teaching, but the teaching of this creed, and you call me a modalist for it. Personally, I don't care to try to understand this mystery, but I have no problem with the creed, but only your pride which only causes more confusion and strife.

I am not your teacher and only wish to share things with you that you may in turn try them by your own knowledge of the Lord. I really don't know any thing. Still learning and growing in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Praying for you and all men that you would also come to the knowledge of the truth and continue to grow in it. I am a sinner, but I have a hope that God through Jesus Christ our Lord will deliver me from my present situation of being a sinner and deliver me from this vile body and I thank him for this promise of eternal life. This is my faith that I share with all my brethren in the Lord who we patiently wait for. Jesus Christ IS come in the flesh.

Rom 8:22-25  For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
