Yes you are, you are a Hebrew Text Onyliest and Greek Text Onlyist. You use it to over ride any English Version not just the King James Bible. You have done it before and you are still doing it. Be honest, why do you always run to the Hebrew to correct the English Versions? You do realize that we no longer have the " Originals ". But in reality you are saying the Hebrew and Greek Text; anyone of them; is better than any English Text today. Not trying to pick a fight here just telling it as I see it. You have taken up the position that the Hebrew Text is better than any English Bible we have today, not just the King James Bible. You use it to correct the English which tells me that your Final Authority rest in the Hebrew and Greek and not in any known English Bible known to man today. If I'm wrong than please correct me if I am and please use English when you do....Funny stuff here.

Now about this Education thing, nothing at all wrong with it. But to say that you stand on your eduaction and that's your foundation over any English Version is a little over the top don't you think? I wonder how many Apostles would say what you just said about their education?

"Confounding the Wise." Turn to 1 Corinthians 1:20, and then

continue with verses 27-29:

20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age?

Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things

which are mighty;

You see, I'm not smart enough to say, Is that What God said? Gen.3...was the very first time man questioned what God said. I thank God Almighty I have not reached that level of my education that I can now question what God said, in Hebrew, Greek or English. I will say one thing more, There are no Hebrew or Greek Manuscripts out there that can ever replace the King James English Authorized God ordained and God Preserved Bible.

Which one? You do know the difference bewteen the Textus Receptus and the Majority Text don't you? I'm not a Textus Receptus onlyism as some are. I'm a Total text man if you well. Your assumption on the number of Greek Text that underline the AV1611 is only 5,000 plus manuscripts off and your time frame is about 8 centuries off. You would have been correct if you have said, some Greek Text are as late as the Tenth Century, but you seemed to have made the same mistake as some others do by grouping them all together in one little neat package and that is not the case here. They also throw around the name " Received Text " all of which are of the same family of mss that underline the AV1611. Byzantine text-type ( Majority Text) can now easily be examined. The Majority Text has facilitated testing of the hypothesis that this text-type is a fuller, smoother, and more conflate text than the Alexandrian text-type or the text of the modern critical editions your well known Siniactus and Vaticanus text. There are some 1,800 differences between the both of them. Some very minor and some not so minor. 1 John 5:7-8 and Acts 8:37 are the mojor differences. But when you compare the Majority text with the corrupt Westcott and Hort Greek text, ( Catholic Siniactus and Vaticanius ) you'll see over almost 7,000 differences and more disturbing is the fact that there are quite a few that are serious.

Now another point I would like to make is the fact that recent textual finds and historical finds have not weakened the King James English Bible and the underlining Text it came from but has in fact supported them almost 100%.

and then we have this:

THE MATHEMATICAL ARGUMENT. Believe it or not, when we collate the Bible's First Verse (Gen. 1:1) and the Bible's Last Verse (Rev. 22:21) with the Bible's Central Trinitarian Verse (1 John 5:7), and carefully counting and comparing their individual words, letters, vowels, and consonants, we discover to our great amazement and delight a divinely designed mathematical code embedded within the structure of these three related verses!

THE BIBLE'S FIRST VERSE - Genesis 1:1

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

THE BIBLE'S CENTRAL TRINITARIAN VERSE - 1 John 5:7

"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father,

the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

THE BIBLE'S LAST VERSE - Revelation 22:21

"The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."

These three salient verses of the King James Bible form not only a three-fold cord of scriptural truth that cannot be broken but also some astoundingly precise mathematical phenomenon that defies human explanation. The King James Bible though written in English (and obviously not in the "original languages" of Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic) will demonstrate for us its plenary verbal inspiration as we take a closer look at these three fundamental verses. Thus, we are about to get a very pleasant foretaste into the incredible world of latest biblical discoveries in these last days.

Now observe carefully. If we count the exact number of words, letters, vowels, and consonants of the Bible's First Verse (BFV) and the Bible's Last Verse (BLV), it is so astonishing to discover that their sums are all equal to the number of words, letters, vowels, and consonants of the Bible's Central Trinitarian Verse (BCTV)! It must be further noted that the numbers of the letters, vowels and consonants of BFV and BLV are perfectly equal to each other!! Can you explain that?

These parallel equations and equalities which demonstrate the precise mathematical design within the text of the English Authorized Version could not be the result of isolated coincidence nor of cunning human device. No doubt, this is by divine intent. It is very obvious that we cannot find this observable mathematical-scriptural fact we have just witnessed in any of the modern English perversions of the Bible for they are all imperfect translations of imperfect texts! We maintain that the King James Bible is perfect, pure, inerrant, and infallible not only in its thoughts and meaning but also in the structure of its words, letters, vowels, and consonants.

It is very tragic that so many professing conservatives and fundamentalists are quite prepared to surrender to oblivion what is in fact the Bible's Central Trinitarian Verse, but it is here that a clear stand must be made, and it is with gratitude that we have now identified such an old landmark (Prov. 23:10). No matter what the critics and enemies of the King James Bible will say, 1 John 5:7 will remain inspired scripture and God has preserved it for us to treasure now and forever!

Hi Shain,

I will have to get back with you on the first of the week. Last night family started to come in and the rest will be here today. I get so excited when all the kids and grandkids come at once......ALL 16 of them! LOL

Everyone have a wonderful 4th of July celebration and pleaser remember all those who have bravely fought for your freedom and to all those families that have bravely accepted their sons and daughters in their choice.

Shain:One thing that I have learned over the years while reading my King James Bible only, is the fact that adding to what the Holy Spirit wrote is not a good thing and never has amounted to any good.

And one thing I have learned is that the HOLY SPIRIT didn't write the KJV or any other English version...MEN did. God did NOT give his word in English, but caused translators of Greek or hebrew to make English translations, same as he did for French, German, Russian, etc.

Incest as you call it was not a sin back then, it only became sin when God the Holy Spirit said it was. So stop putting words in the mouth of the Holy Spirit.

It's not incest as "I" call it...the definition has been around a LONG time, and that definition is sexual intercourse between close blood relatives. Now, how much is GOD against it? Almost always, a child of an incestuous relationship has some kinda birth defect. And you know the Scriptures against it.

Was GOD ever in favor of it? I don't think so. Lot may have been innocent of deliberately having an affair with his daughters, but those young women were NOT blameless. Remember that God had only limited blessings for Moab & Ammon, the nations descended from Lot's grandchildren, eventually causing both to cease to exist.

No, you HAVEN'T. You have only stated that 'heaven' in the KJV is right & that 'heavens' in some other versions is wrong, WITHOUT SUPPLYING ANY PROOF. The TRUTH is, the same Hebrew word means BOTH, & is the same Hebrew word used in both Gen. 1 & 2.. THAT is what's beyond any shadow of a doubt. 'Heaven' (singular)generally means the abode of God, while 'heavens'(plural) means the sky and everything in it. The hebrews believed there were 'layers' in the firmament & thus they called it "the heavens' with the abode of God being beyond all they could see, the 'highest heaven'. And it's silly to think that GOD lived for an immeasurable time with no abode. Thus, the 'heaven' or 'heavens' He made in Genesis 1 is the sky, with the current arrangement of what we see in it.

How you ask, by using the King James Bible that's how.

That proves nothing. I could say I have proved just the opposite by using the NKJV, which reads 'heavens' in Gen. 1:1 & be JUST AS RIGHT as you are.

Sure, I can explain it. They counted those items for the first and last verse in the KJV, then they looked through Scripture (or more likely, did a computer-based analysis) looking for a verse where those items would add up. And they came up with the "central Trinitarian verse", which is actually a mistranslation, and claim that prove that the interpreters who wrote the KJV were divinely inspired to interpret it that way. If I had the time, I'm sure I could find a verse in my NAB, my NRSV, and my RSV/2CE that meet that pattern.

It amazes me that you think the English translation of Scripture 400 years ago is more accurate than the original Greek and Hebrew versions.

Well, I'm not that smart, either. But I AM smart enuff to question what some other MAN said. If I know GOD said one thing, & some MAN tries to tell me He said something else, then I question THAT. For example, I am sure GOD had Luke write pascha, the Greek word for PASSOVER in what became Acts 12:4, but some MEN wrote "Easter" instead. I certainly question THAT.`

I thank God Almighty I have not reached that level of my education that I can now question what God said, in Hebrew, Greek or English.

God said NOTHING in English that became Scripture. He had finished with giving Scripture long before English was invented. EVERY English translation out there is a worka MAN'S. Man made every valid version under God's influence, but all were made by MEN nonetheless.

I will say one thing more, There are no Hebrew or Greek Manuscripts out there that can ever replace the King James English Authorized God ordained and God Preserved Bible...or any other valid English version to a person who only reads English.

MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE RANCH...

Anyone have any Scripture saying GOD could not have created other people for Adam & Eve's children to marry? Or Noah's grandchildren?
