No he is not and neither are any translation that has the word " Heavens" instead of heaven. What you are claiming is that the Hebrew Word Lexicon or Word Study book you hold in your hand over rides the Word of God and that's not right no matter how you cut it.

Starting in John 21:15 to John 21:17 read those verses and tell me what does any Greek Lexicon tell you what the meaning of the word " Lovest and Love " means in Greek.
